Job Summary We are looking for A senior-level Integration Planner responsible for integrating cost and schedule inputs across multiple disciplines and translating complex planning data into clear, executive-level insights. This role focuses on reviewing, challenging, and aligning plans from discipline planners and presenting decision-ready information to project teams and senior leadership. The position operates in a highly visible environment and requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and executive presence. Job Description Integrate cost and schedule inputs from discipline planners across engineering, procurement, construction, and related functions Review and assess planning logic, assumptions, risks, and alignment across project plans Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks between cost and schedule plans Translate detailed planning data into executive-level summaries and recommendations Present consolidated insights to: Project Teams Senior Management Discipline Vice Presidents Support leadership decision-making by providing scenario analysis and forward-looking insights Act as a trusted advisor to project and functional leadership on planning strategy and execution Navigate cross-functional priorities and manage stakeholder expectations in a highly political, high-visibility environment Ensure alignment with corporate planning standards and project governance expectations Skills Required 15+ years of experience in senior-level planning and project controls roles Deep understanding of Integrated cost and schedule planning and Project controls and execution strategy Proven experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Strong business acumen and ability to challenge planning assumptions constructively Experience working in large, complex organizations (energy, oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or similar environments preferred) Cost control systems and financial planning tools Excel and reporting dashboards for executive-level summaries Education/Training/Certifications High School Degree or GED GAS Global Services LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
