We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Services Assistant. Job Summary We are seeking a Branch Services Assistant to serve as a resource to our membership regarding account maintenance and deceased accounts. Key Responsibilities - Data entry and works standard reports. - Verifies all documents within the imaging system are complete and accurate. - Assist with staff or member requests for deceased accounts, IRA's and other account maintenance. - Post incoming mail payments timely and accurately. - Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries. - Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available. - Clerical experience preferred. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle independently.
