Aircraft Maintenance Technical Support

Job Type Full-time Description Pilatus is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technical Support to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing front line maintenance technical support to Service Centers and operators of Pilatus business aircraft. You will serve as a subject matter expert in identifying and resolving maintenance technical issues and providing feedback to customers. A successful person in this position will act as a liaison between operators, service facilities, vendors, and Pilatus to return aircraft to service in a most expeditious manner. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Provides maintenance technical assistance in person, over the telephone, e-mail, and online portal Advises and supports customer or other personnel in aircraft technical needs Records customer technical issues and maintains accurate support database Participates in 24/7/365 technical support coverage on scheduled rotation Identifies product improvement opportunities and communicates them appropriately Other Duties/Responsibilities Reviews all publications (AMM, IPC, POH, SB) for technical accuracy Submits publication corrections and additions to Pilatus for review and implementation Assists various Pilatus departments as requested and/or required by company procedures Assists with Maintenance Training class instruction Provides technical expertise for warranty and CrystalCare claims processing Participates in trade shows and demo tours Requirements Skills/Qualifications FAA A&P or other equivalent CAA license required, IA preferred Minimum 5 years of related experience in aviation required Minimum 1 years of Pilatus aircraft knowledge and turbine engine maintenance experience preferred Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Team oriented and self-motivated; capable of handling multiple, simultaneous projects and tasks Professional manner and excellent oral/written communication skills essential Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software Ability to travel on short notice (~10%, up to 2 weeks at a time), both domestically and internationally What We Offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annually Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full Tuition assistance available annually after the first year The salary range for this position is $78,500 - 105,975 per year depending on experience.
