Job Description❄ HVAC Service Technician Grand Rapids, MI $30.00-$50.00/hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial Work About the Role: We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team servicing commercial and industrial clients across the Grand Rapids area. The right candidate is a skilled troubleshooter, self-starter, and committed to delivering high-quality service in the field. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and boilers Utilize electrical and mechanical tools to identify and resolve system issues Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize performance and lifespan of equipment Accurately document service reports using a handheld device Operate a company-provided service vehicle within a designated territory Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth service experience What You Bring: 4+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification (Required) Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and customer service skills Experience with chilled water systems, boilers, or hydronics (preferred) OSHA 10 Certification (Company-provided if not current) Valid driver's license and clean MVR Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical ability test Grow with Us - Paid In-House Training: We invest in your growth.
