Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday Day Shift: 5am-4pm Night Shift: 7pm-6am Pay: $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay! Summary of Position: The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining client properties in safe and sanitary conditions, performing routine cleaning tasks as assigned by their supervisor and/or manager. It will be essential that the Cleaning Supervisor support and integrate Sizemores core valuesFlexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety, and Teamworkinto the daily performance of their assigned responsibilities. Responsibilities: Vacuum using a walk-behind vacuum or a backpack vacuum weighing between 9 and 12 pounds; sweep, mop, and scrub floors and stairs. Clean baseboards that are not blocked by furniture. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and urinals. Clean and/or polish countertops, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators in break rooms. Restock supplies and refill dispensers in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Empty all trash cans and replace bags, adjusting as needed. Dust and clean office desks and furniture that is not cluttered. Clean window sills, windows, and blinds. Maintain cleaning equipment in safe, clean, and operational conditions. Properly use, dilute, and label all chemicals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school graduate or GED preferred; college or technical degree preferred. Six months or more of related experience preferred. Demonstrate commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and behavior. Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy when dealing with any person, regardless of circumstances. Have initiative and good judgment when evaluating and reacting to different situations. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potentially stressful situations and tight deadlines. Problem-solving skills and great attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize. Ability to work with minimal supervision, read and understand detailed instructions, and process information accurately and clearly. Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. At least 18 years of age. Working Conditions: Work is performed in various environments. Service may be provided in a single building or in multiple buildings, with a wide variety of staff with different roles, personalities, and skills. Most of the work will be performed in a climate-controlled building. Work requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg). Also, must be able to use a backpack vacuum for several hours at a time. Must be able to stand, bend, and reach objects. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg).
