As we grow and expand into new locations, this could be where your growth story begins!Your playground: Supervising Front of House operations Opening and closing the shop Handling transactions and deposits Mentoring scoopers Creating waffle cone masterpieces Maintaining the shop's allure Engaging guests and making them feel cherished Protecting company assets and ensuring profit maximization Upselling and adding value to the guest experience Requirements: Hands-on experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Mentoring and training prowess Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes. Your schedule: 4-6 Shifts per week, 32-40 hours/week.
