Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems Operate hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors Provide outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills Educate your customers on their systems and maintenance requirements help customers identify areas to improve their home comfort systems Document services performed and recommendations made by filling in logs and/or records Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards QualificationsDo I have What it Takes? Journeymans license in HVAC (Apprentice accepted for other positions) NATE-Certified is a huge plus! Bilingual spanish speaking is a plus!
