Job Details: Location: Lagrange, IN (Northern Indiana) PRN Dates Available: March 10, 17 April 14, 28 May 19, 26 June 2, 16, 23, 30 July 21, 28 August 18 September 8, 15, 29 November 3, 10 December 1, 8 Jan 5 Every Tuesday in 2027 for Podiatry cases Future dates TBD Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Call: No Call Case Types Include: Endoscopy Pediatrics Urology Trauma Ophthalmology General Surgery Gynecology Orthopedics Additional Details: Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and blocks required Shared position at two locations Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS EMR: EPIC Must be Board Certified MDs on site - little to no supervision
