Title: Manhattan Associates - Technical (L3) Location: GREENSBORO, NC Job Type: Full Time Requirements: • Experience in systems implementation and IT for over 15+ years • Experience in iSeries PkMS or WMi for minimum 10+ years • Strong knowledge of Distribution Center operations including receiving, pick, packing, tasking, allocation, shipping, and inventory control • Design sessions • Lead design sessions with business and operations • Prepare Business Requirement Document • Prepare Solution Design Document • Must be able to communicate and work effectively with business users and technical resources • Experience in integration with ERP, 3rd Party and back office systems • Able to clearly write Functional Specification and create Solution Design documents • Able to lead and facilitate blueprinting workshops and design sessions with multiple business users and technical personnel • Ability to plan, schedule, work independently, and as part of a team • Ability to assess issues and solutions in terms of technical impact, cost savings, and long term strategic impact
