Job DescriptionOPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!Position: Sanitation / Janitorial TechnicianLocation: Vancouver, WAPay: $17-$23 per hour (DOE)Schedule: Day Shift: Full-Time (M-F)Who We Are: We are hiring dependable and hard-working sanitation professionals for a production facility in Vancouver. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. What You'll Do: Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas Clean breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas Wash dishes and clean up after company potlucks or events Empty trash and recycling, break down and recycle boxes Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility Occasionally assist packaging teams with tasks such as: Making boxes Applying labels (typically end-of-month support) What's In It for You: Competitive pay: $17-$23/hr Day shift - no nights 172 hours of PTO (4.3 weeks), front-loaded and prorated in year one 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employees 50% medical, dental, and vision coverage for dependents 100% paid Life/AD&D and Short-Term Disability Quarterly bonus program: $750 per quarter if goals are met Potential annual bonus of $3,000 Prorated bonuses based on company performance if goals are not fully met Steady, physical work with long-term opportunity Very competitive benefits package What You Need to Have: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly Experience in sanitation, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning roles Enjoy cleaning and maintaining organized spaces Ability to be on your feet 100% of the shift Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing, walking) The Musts: Reliable attendance and experience with GMP sanitation in an FDA environment Strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable in a physically demanding role Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred: Industrial or production facility cleaning experience Familiarity with sanitation standards and cleaning chemicals Team-oriented attitude Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
