IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technician Veteran-Friendly Employer Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a family-owned company servicing the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus markets. We specialize in professional cleaning, water mitigation, and disaster restoration for residential and commercial clients. When customers experience water loss, our technicians are the first line of responserestoring properties, protecting health, and bringing order to chaos. Due to growth in our Cincinnati operation, we are actively seeking IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technicians. Compensation: $22.00$24.00 per hour, commensurate with certifications and field experience Who This Role Is For: This position is designed for experienced, certified professionals who can operate independently in the field, follow established protocols, and communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and leadership. Military veterans with restoration, facilities, construction, or logistics backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Requirements Required Qualifications Current IICRC certification (WRT required; ASD, AMRT, or other certifications a plus) Demonstrated experience performing water mitigation and structural drying services Ability to work in standing water, confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics), and variable environments Ability to lift and move equipment (50 lbs. routinely; up to 100 lbs. with assistance) Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods Strong adherence to safety procedures and job documentation standards Professional, customer-focused communication skills Availability for MondayFriday day shift, with weekend and on-call rotation Must pass pre-employment process including: criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen Summary Why Teasdale Fenton?
