Join Our Team as a Senior Administrative Assistant St. Pete, FL We're currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our St. Pete, FL office. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! As the go-to person for office operations, you'll keep things running smoothly and create a welcoming, organized workspace for both staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Serving as the front desk point of contact answering phones, greeting guests, and handling incoming/outgoing mail Providing administrative support across departments, including data entry, payroll processing, AP/AR processing, and maintaining confidential information Coordinating onboarding for new hires and helping with employee events and celebrations Assisting with meeting prep, event logistics, and general office management tasks Coordinating travel schedules for employees as needed for projects out of town.
