Job Description Creative Editor & Post-Production Intern Title: Creative Editor & Post-Production Intern Type: Internship (Part-time, Paid or Credit Eligible) Schedule: Flexible weekly hours + occasional shoot days Location: Hybrid / San Antonio-based preferred Position Summary Serendipity Social Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented editor to assist with transforming raw footage and imagery into polished, high-quality deliverables. This role is ideal for a student or emerging creative pursuing media, film, communications, or digital content. The editor will focus primarily on post-production, handling photo touching, video editing, color adjustments, transitions, effects, and formatting for social media. They will occasionally attend shoots to capture behind-the-scenes content and assist with social coverage. This role plays a critical part in supporting brand storytelling across client work and agency marketing. Key Responsibilities Editing & Post-Production • Edit long-form and short-form videos for client campaigns and internal projects. • Edit and retouch photos from photoshoots and content days. • Apply effects, transitions, and timing that support brand tone and visual identity. • Create reels, TikToks, and social-ready video content. • Prepare and export deliverables in required formats and resolutions. • Help maintain organized project files and asset libraries. Shoot Support • Attend select photoshoots or content sessions to capture behind-the-scenes footage. • Assist Ryn in gathering video clips, social snippets, and behind-the-scenes moments. • Provide quick-turn editing support for shoot-day social content (as needed). Creative Collaboration • Support brainstorming and visual direction when needed. • Ensure content aligns with brand strategy, client goals, and visual standards.
