Manage all aspects of Franchise production. Keep owner or General Manager updated on production. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints.Production processes are performed according to guidelines. Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained at the established rate. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Production division annual initiatives are completed effectively.A PuroClean Operations Manager takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities:Job Coordination & SchedulingReceive and process new loss assignments (water, fire, mold)Schedule mitigation crews, inspections, and follow-up visitsCoordinate subcontractors and vendors as neededTrack job progress and deadlinesCustomer & Adjuster CommunicationAct as primary point of contact for homeownersCommunicate job status, expectations, and timelinesCoordinate with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators (TPAs)Handle documentation requests and approvalsDocumentation & Software ManagementMaintain accurate job files and notesUpload photos, moisture readings, and reportsAssist with estimate preparation and document reviewUse restoration software such as:XactimateDASH, Encircle, or similar platformsCRM/job management systemsBilling & Compliance SupportVerify work authorizations and contracts are signedAssist with invoice submission and payment trackingEnsure compliance with insurance and IICRC standardsSupport QA/QC processesTeam SupportSupport project managers, crew chiefs, and estimatorsMonitor workload and help resolve scheduling conflictsAssist with emergency after-hours coordination (as required)Qualifications:Required Qualifications1–3 years of experience in property restoration, construction coordination, or insurance claims supportStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationWorking knowledge of water/fire/mold restoration processesProficiency with Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Xactimate and insurance estimatingFamiliarity with IICRC standards (WRT, ASD, FSRT a plus)Experience working with insurance adjusters and TPAsThis is a remote position.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
