Job DescriptionThe Braze Solutions Architect ensures that Braze is architected, governed, and evolved to support personalized, compliant, and scalable guest engagement across the integrated resort. This role translates marketing and product strategy into robust technical solutions while enabling teams to execute efficiently and confidently.​ Job Responsibilities Own the solution architecture and technical strategy for BrazeDesign and govern data ingestion, identity resolution, and event taxonomyEnable omnichannel orchestration across mobile, web, email, SMS, and in-property channelsPartner with Campaign Ops to scale campaign execution through reusable patternsCollaborate with Mobile and Web teams on SDK, API, and event implementationEnsure regulatory compliance and consent enforcement within all workflowsDocument architecture, standards, and implementation guidelinesLead technical design for new personalization and lifecycle use casesEvaluate and recommend MarTech enhancements or integrationsProvide architectural guidance and troubleshooting supportAlign Braze capabilities with MarTech Product roadmapAdvocate for platform health, scalability, and long-term sustainability ​ Competencies Problem-solving attitudeAptitude for fostering positive relationshipsDetailed oriented and curiousUnderstanding of product development life cycleSystems thinker who understands how tools, data, and teams interconnectStrong translator between technical and marketing audiencesProactive owner with a bias toward scalable solutionsDetail-oriented with a strong governance mindsetCollaborative partner who elevates team capabilitiesComfortable operating in complex, regulated environmentsAbility to think independently and make real-time decisions, keeping in mind guest and team member experience as well as business impact.Highly organized, self-motivated and detail orientedEffective time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.Technical capacity; proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel are preferred.Must present well-groomed professional appearance at all times. Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in both an office and casino environment.Position Type/Expected Work HoursThis is a full-time position. Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times. Qualifications: QualificationsEducation and/or Experience High school diplomaAdditional education or experience and certification preferredUnderstanding of product development life cycle​3+ years working in the hospitality industry preferred Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.Age, Certifications and Work Cards 21 years of age or above.A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
