We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our warehouse and production floor running smoothly. Our warehouse is the heart of our operations—and this role is key to keeping it running strong.We live by our core values: S.T.R.I.D.E. – Service, Transparency, Respect, Inspiration, Dedication, and Excellence.Responsibilities:Handle facility repairs such as plumbing, lighting, HVAC troubleshooting, and general upkeepPerform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to avoid equipment breakdownsTroubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesKeep accurate records of repairs, part usage, and maintenance logsHelp ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning warehouse environmentRequirements:1–3 years in facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills (a major plus!)Familiarity with CNC machines, motors, and general building systems preferredComfortable using tools, reading schematics, and solving problems independentlyBi-Lingual (Spanish) is a MUSTBonus Skills (Nice to Have)1+ years in industrial machinery or warehouse equipment maintenance ( CNC machines, conveyors, forklifts, pumps, compressors)Basic knowledge of OSHA or warehouse safety proceduresHands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing or fabrication environments
