Commercial Project Manager My client is a leading Kansas City general contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects. Job Description Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish-budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and closeout. Be the go-to contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while driving on-site quality and safety. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using top-tier project management tools to keep everything on track. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction, ensure compliance, and champion continuous improvement. Run projects ranging from $5M-$20M, occasionally $20M+, within a pipeline exceeding $500M+. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
