TheAssociateManager of Global Alliance & Strategy willbe involved in bothglobal and cross divisionalengagementsthat require abalanceofglobal opportunities with strategic regional focuswhenappropriate. This role may at times support internal alignmentamong Sony teams, or a mix of internal and external engagements. TheAssociateManager of Global Alliance & Strategywillgenerallyoperatewithminimaldirection,butshould also acknowledgethe need for help. Thispositionat times may havetight deadlines, andbut alsopresentsa somewhatentrepreneurialenvironment. This position isdesigned as a hybridrolewith the team's officeslocatedinCulver City, CA atthe SonyPictures Studios. This isafixedterm roleanticipatedto start in May 2026 withan anticipatedduration of 8-10 months. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supportcollaboration withkeystrategicpartners; this includessupportingengagements in a multi-disciplined approach while being proactive and reactive to balanceengagements. Supportstrategic initiatives based on company strategy, individual companystrategyand strategic insight from both internal and external stakeholders Initiate,consolidateand develop strategic and executive briefing documents Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and track progress weekly/monthly Work alongside the team inmaintainingrecords, files, meetingcoordinationand other support requirements Perform other duties as assigned Honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION Your qualifications and experience should include: BS/BA Degree in Business, Computer Science,Engineeringor equivalent field Minimum6years of related work experience within the electronics, entertainment,gamingor other technology industry Experienceworking withexternal partnersand strategic opportunity evaluation Demonstrated experience with cross functional alignment of internal teams and external companies Strongteamworkskills with a history of getting buy-in from a broad set of stakeholders Proventrack recordof handling multiple projects frominceptionto final delivery and managing the need at times to close out projects Strong strategic, "out of the box" thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Experience working on complex multi-time zone projects Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Proficiencywithin Microsoft Office, includingWord,PowerPointand Excel All candidates mustbe authorized towork in the USA Preferred Consulting firm experience Experience creating business plans, business proposals, executive briefingdocumentsor other types of planning documentation Involvement inproduct development including but not limited to consumer electronics, content service, or consumer packaged goods Previouswork experience in engineering, software development and/orothertechnical field Proventrack recordof driving revenue generation or consumer engagement Experience reviewing,understandingand negotiating business and technical contracts Experience in the electronics and entertainment industry Experience quickly and effectively becoming a subject matter expert ina new technologyor industry Benefits SCA offers benefits-eligible fixed-term employees (who are scheduled to work 30 or more hours a week) certain benefits under the Sony Corporation of America Health and Welfare Benefits Plan.
