Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 35 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel ICU RN – Night Shift (Local Accepted) New York Start Date: 4/6 ⏱ Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed Local Candidates Accepted (Must live within 75 miles – local rate applies) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a high-acuity, multi-specialty ICU. Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred. This is a night shift position with floating required based on unit needs. ⚠️ Block scheduling is not promised or guaranteed. Unit Details Unit: ICU Total Beds: 42 Neuro/Medical ICU – 22 beds CTICU – 6 beds Surgical/Trauma ICU – 14 beds Patient Population Neuro/Medical ICU: Stroke, Sepsis, AMS Neuro Interventions (TCAR) Respiratory Failure, CHF Post-STEMI CTICU: Cardiovascular Surgery Cardiogenic Shock AAA Surgical/Trauma ICU: Major Trauma Complex Post-Op Surgical Patients Required Experience & Skills ✅ Minimum 2 years ICU experience in one or more of the following: ICU, SICU, CTICU Trauma ICU, MS ICU, Neuro ICU ✅ CRRT experience required (Prismaflex mandatory) ✅ Heart / Cardiac ICU experience highly preferred (priority consideration) ✅ Experience with: IABP Ventriculostomy ICP Monitoring TTM (Arctic Sun) Floating Floating Required to all units except Behavioral Health and ER ER floating only if holding patients EMR Epic experience required Scrubs Navy Blue Submission Requirements (ALL REQUIRED) Updated resume showing 2 years ICU experience and travel experience Skills Checklist matching ICU specialty Driver’s License (address must match demographics) Current AHA Certifications: BLS ACLS NIHSS NURSYS License Verification Active New York RN License All active RN licenses listed RTO must be submitted upfront (no exceptions) Why This Assignment? ✔ High-acuity ICU with diverse patient population ✔ Strong cardiac & neuro exposure ✔ Modern equipment and Epic EMR ✔ Stable 36-hour guarantee If you want, I can:aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
