Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages. Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces reports. Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations. Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, overseeing essential repairs and other duties. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory. [Required]• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English. [Required]• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately. [Required]• Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies. [Required]• Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner.
