What You Enjoy Doing: Collaboration with a variety of national and international customers Processing complex marine claims Working collegially in a talented and supportive team of professionals who always give their best, have a high service mindset, and aim to achieve the best result for the customer Utilizing the latest technologies and resources to optimize processes and increase efficiency Intensive exchange with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and other service providers during the claim investigation and documentation Nurturing and building customer relationships To ensure your success, you will receive continuous training and further education opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in the marine industry. What We Wish For: Self-confidence and the ability to provide excellent customer service throughout the entire claims process Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport damage processing and independent handling of the claims process from assignment to conclusion Knowledge of transport law as well as the common transport insurance terms and conditions and contract wording Effective collaboration with other internal departments and external customers Reliable management of incoming and outgoing correspondence and case inquiries Transparent communication with all stakeholders and pursuit of a proactive claims processing philosophy Good German and English language skills in speech and writing What We Offer!
