If you're hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there's only one choice.HR BP CS Cust Product Pod NAYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, HR BP CS Customer Product Pod - NA ANZ are to:The successful candidate will have supported the 5-year framework implementation, developed Talent pipeline, driven our People Strategy (created a high performing culture, upskilled the organization in AI, developed future ready leader, simplified HR with Workday adoption & further people experience) and be a catalyst for the continuous DSO transformation while partnering with the HR and the DSO ecosystem;The Flex Business Partner Customer/Product Pod CS NA ANZ will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the talent transformation agenda flowing to where the most critical priorities lie for the Customer/Product teams in the CS Business to accelerate each DSO evolution;The individual will serve as a thought leader partnering, co-creating and executing with various business leads and leadership teams along with the various HR teams in the market, division and expert areas with a focus on strategies and enablers that enhance organizational performance and impact;Provide strategic HR leadership and high-quality consultancy on diverse set of strategic HR themes to different Leadership teams including but not limited to market compliance, organizational change and talent acquisition, retention and development;This is a fully flexible resource and part of a strong team composed of diverse CS HR BPs which will work outcome-focused in 90-day cycles and flexibly allocate pod and team members to the highest impact actions;The individual will be supported by experts, GBS, Market People Partners and Foundations AND will be expected to participate in projects and initiatives that forward employee experience and Bayer objectives;Scope of this role will be dynamic adjusted to the basis of key business needs, talent flow and market environments;This BP will support divisional leaders and is expected to bring innovation and outside-in perspectives to the HR and business teams to challenge the status quo;The individual will lean into and develop their current functional expertise, business acumen, cross-functional, enterprise and technical skills.WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications: Transformation Experience - proven experience managing large scale cultural/org transformation; Business Acumen and Industry Experience - strong business acumen along with a good cross-industry/divisional experience; International career & Team experience - adept in working in global, multi-location environments & Communities thus understanding and valuing dives thinking/perspectives; Multifunctional experience across diverse functional areas in HR to provide holistic approaches with an end-to-end approach; Agile mindset & leadership - seeks opportunities to provide support in project and organizational change within the division; Ability to create agile teams with a dynamic resource flow mindset; Collaboration and growth mindset - models collaboration and co-creation as well as curiosity and learning agility within CS and Bayer but also seeks market insights to advance Bayer; Talent developer, coach, influencer for HR and leadership; Strategic mindset, results orientation, networking, influence and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $170,720 to $256,080. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
