Project Administrative Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrative Coordinator to support the IT department in Sorrento Valley. This role combines administrative support, operational coordination, and technology management to ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are clearly communicated and met Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, and correspondence. Track project budgets, invoices, and expenses; assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination Schedule and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing follow-up action items Serve as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and external vendors to ensure clear communication Monitor project progress and update tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management software Assist with onboarding project team members and organizing project-related resources Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company standards Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ticketing systems, and basic IT troubleshooting Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details: Located in Sorrento Valley, San Diego Contract to hire role Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST Onsite, Full-time Compensation: $30.00-$37.00 per hour DOE This role is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow their career in IT operations and administration within a dynamic organization in San Diego.
