HR/ EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) $60,000- $65,000 An industry-leading software company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Executive Assistant to support human resources functions while providing administrative assistance to executive leadership and the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable handling both people-focused and operational responsibilities. OVERVIEW OF THE HR/ EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE: Support the full employee lifecycle including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding Assist with the resolution of employee-related issues Conduct exit interviews Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and group term life insurance Process monthly payroll, payroll taxes, and year-end tax forms Upload and manage monthly 401(k) and FSA data Track and maintain employee PTO records Serve as backup to the Office Manager for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks Assist with planning the annual company budget Take meeting notes during monthly Executive and Management meetings Provide administrative support to the President/CEO, VP of Operations, and VP of Business Development Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed Create and maintain customer license files, agreements, and international travel documentation Coordinate logistics and accommodations for annual trade shows Assist in planning bi-annual customer software forums Support company special events and internal initiatives Complete special projects as assigned PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HR/ EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proficient PC user with experience using payroll and accounting software Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities #INFEB2026 #ZRCFS #LI-BN2 #LI-hybrid
