Required Skills: Active California medical license and CA DEA registration Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years of Residency Current BLS certification Excellent clinical skills with the ability to manage an average of 25 patients daily Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate patient care Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual in Spanish Experience working in high-demand, socioeconomically challenged settings Interest in transitioning from locum to permanent employment Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Prior pediatric clinical experience Other Requirements: Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guaranteed 8 hours per day, with overtime applying after 9 hours No call responsibilities; solely clinic-based Ability to start promptly once access is set up Willingness to work in a high-demand clinic with scheduling adjustments for no-shows Travel, licensure, certification, and reimbursement for applicable expenses This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonuses, paid sick leave as per applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other relevant expenses.
