Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens. As a valued member of our care team, you will be responsible for administering evaluations and examinations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for our residents. Responsibilities: Administer evaluations and examinations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for residents Refer clients to additional medical or educational services as needed Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly Provide communication instruction to residents with limited English proficiency Record information on initial evaluations, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients Observe and assess progress, prepare detailed reports, and maintain resident confidentiality Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards Requirements: Graduate of an accredited SLP program Current SLP license for the state of practice Experience in long-term care settings preferred Benefits: Competitive pay rate with additional holiday pay and overtime hours 401k with a match!
