Job Full Description Maintenance Technician: Express Employment of Neosho, MO is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician for a local growing company! Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair and maintain processing equipment Inspect, recognize potential problems, and take appropriate action to prevent component failure Collaborate within the Maintenance Planner and assist Team Leaders and Machine Operators Perform building maintenance and repairs as needed. This includes carpentry, plumbing, and painting Work safely and promote a safe work environment Weld and fabricate machinery when necessary Job Requirements Previous Carpentry, Electrical, and Welding experience is strongly preferred Exceptional written and oral communication skills Attention to detail Previous Refrigeration experience is a plus Knowledge of mechanical systems and components including chains, sprockets, gears, bushings, bearings, gear boxes, and other moving parts.
