OverviewThis is a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA (3 days in office) The Talent Management Specialist supports the design, implementation, and execution of talent development, performance management, and leadership development initiatives across the organization. This role partners with The Human Resources team and cross-functional teams to enhance teammate performance, development, and engagement through data-driven programs and processes. Responsibilities Talent Management Programs Support the enhancement, development, and execution of talent management programs including career progression, performance management, succession planning, and teammate development. Oversee the full cycle performance management process, including, emphasizing goal setting, feedback and performance reviews, communication, and tracking of all aspects of the process. Coordinate and support talent review and succession planning activities to identify and develop critical talent pipelines. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to contribute ideas for enhancing talent strategies. Research and build relationships with external talent vendors. Training and Development Design and facilitate training sessions to build teammate capabilities and improve understanding of talent processes. Research external development offerings on specific skill building content. Manage our LinkedIn Learning platform, including marketing the platform, building out curriculum, training users, and tracking data trends. Manage logistics for in-person and virtual training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, materials preparation, and communications. Collaborate with HR and Training teams to promote learning opportunities and increase teammate engagement. Provide guidance to teammates on career development tools and resources in the company's systems. Leadership Development Assist in the execution of leadership development programs in partnership with instructional designers and HR Business Partners. Facilitate leadership training sessions and support program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts. Talent Analytics & Systems Support the administration and optimization of talent management systems and learning platforms. Generate, analyze, and synthesize talent insights and report on talent metrics, training participation, and program effectiveness to inform decision-making. Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and future capability needs. Project & Process Management Coordinate talent management projects, maintaining timelines, milestones, and communication plans. Draft and distribute internal communications related to talent initiatives. Support mentoring programs and 360-feedback surveys through logistics coordination and participant engagement. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related field required. 4+ years' experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years of talent management or learning and development experience Experience leading large scale projects with demonstrated project management skills including ability to create action plans, develop and manage timelines, and leverage resources across the organization to achieve goals High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality Results oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities around established goals Ability to think and plan as well as follow through and take action. Strong initiative, creativity, and ability to think "out of the box" Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actional improvements Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, including ability to establish credibility, trust, and collaborate at all levels within an organization Ability to work independently while working effectively as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation capabilities Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as experience working with Talent and Learning Management systems preferred #LI-MT1
