PeopleLink Staffing in partnership with a prominent client in the steel fabrication industry are looking for motivated individual to join their team as a Industrial Maintenance Technician. Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (starting pay based on experience, higher for extensive experience) Shift: 1st shift (6am-4pm) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment and. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing industrial machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. Minimum of three years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including motors, conveyors, and other equipment. Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports. Requirements: Experience with mechanical, electrical, and general equipment repairs. Crane experience required Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
