Payroll and Human Resources Assistant

About the Job We are looking to add a staff-level Payroll and Human Resources professional who will play a key role on the team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, assist with employee onboarding and handle HR administrative duties, all the while reporting directly to the Payroll and HR Director. Human Resources Assistant job includes but not limited to:Employee Onboarding. Investigate employee matters and bring to a resolution. Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Process payroll. Conduct disciplinary actions. Maintain employee records Support the Payroll and and HR Director in strategic projects and initiatives. Foster a positive workplace culture and help address employee relations issues.
