Sanitation Worker

Job Description We are seeking reliable Sanitation Workers to join a collection crew supporting residential and commercial routes. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive position working outdoors for the full shift. Pay: $15.00 per hourKey Responsibilities Collect and load trash and recyclables into sanitation trucks Tag improperly sorted or oversized bins Work safely on the rear of a collection truck Follow OSHA and company safety standards Perform additional route-related duties as assigned Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid Driver's License or Florida State ID required Must pass background and drug screening Steel-toed boots required at all times Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, climb, and work in all weather conditions Strong teamwork and reliability required Additional Information This is a safety-sensitive role requiring consistent attendance. Physical stamina and adherence to safety regulations are essential. Previous sanitation experience is a plus but not required.
