As a Summer 2026 Intern, you will have opportunities to learn and contribute to what’s on trend in food & beverage while building a robust network, demonstrating leadership skills, and having fun.   About the Role:   The Commercial Strategy & Market Development intern will collaborate closely with the North America Commercial Leadership Team and help shape how we enter and grow within the foodservice channel. This internship offers hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, customer insights, and go-to-market planning. Project work will support high impact growth initiatives and provide visibility into how a global company builds and scales new growth platforms. The ideal candidate should be in good standing with an accredited university pursuing and have a desire to pursue a career within the food industry. The desire to learn in a fast-paced environment while working across functions and geographies will be required for success in this internship. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: marketing mapping and competitive analysis, collecting, analysing, and interpreting internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Strategy Development: new customer mapping, outreach automation, and development of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Reporting: Creating detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to internal leadership and stakeholders. Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration: Working cross functionally to support volume and financial goals. Project: Identify a path and put in place the framework to increase sales volumes and profitability What You’ll Bring: Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working toward an MBA or Graduate degree. Strong strategic thinking with ability to turn data into clear business recommendations. Excel Intermediate level with knowledge for data modelling and analytics. Strong executive communication and storytelling skills. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Must possess a high degree of initiative, tenacity and resourcefulness. The pay for this role in the state of IL  is $22-$50/hour and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location. Interns whose permanent addresses more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs.  Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
