Senior QA Mobile Automation Engineer - SGWS

Interview: Virtual Visa: USC and GC Hybrid: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX - Local preferred, relocation considered Must have excellent, clear communication 4+ years of experience in mobile test automation using Appium 4+ years of experience with JavaScript Experience with HeadSpin and BrowserStack Experience working on eCommerce (B2B/B2C) JD: Responsibilities: • Serve in a team leader capacity with large-scale platform testing (e.g.,SAP, JDA) • Lead the implementation, build-out, or expansion of automated testing tools • Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams • Report testing outcomes to project stakeholders • Coordinate the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams • Perform quality and testing audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and meth odologies • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for QA programs • Understand various programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python) and deployment t ools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, and DevOps/CI-CD practices • Execute both manual and automated tests, document results and defects, and assist in troublesho oting and resolution • Create, run, and maintain reports to measure and track testing metrics • Participate in test automation including framework design, script development, and maintenance • Stay current on QA best practices and tools and deliver QA process training to IT teams • Provide coaching and development for Quality Assurance Analysts • Lead and direct offshore testing programs • Serve as a thought leader by maintaining expertise in QA leading practices • Report Client ALM QA metrics and testing status to project and application teams • Support integration testing cycles through script execution, coaching SAP super users, and defect r esolution Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, Master's Degree preferred • 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer • 4+ years of experience in mobile test automation using Appium • 4+ years of experience with JavaScript • Experience with HeadSpin and BrowserStack • Experience working on eCommerce (B2B/B2C) • Experience with JIRA Test Management tools, • Experience testing in a cloud environment - AWS • Strong knowledge of API testing in Postman/Rest Assured • Expertise in application test planning, execution, and tools • Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values, SAFe Agile Certification preferred • Experience with regression and performance testing for scheduled releases • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD methodologies
