Supply Chain Analyst At US Conec, we design and manufacture precision fiber optic interconnect solutions that power critical infrastructure around the world. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to help optimize procurement processes and strengthen overall supply chain performance. This role supports sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inventory planning, and material flow to ensure operational demands are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and brings a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable delivery. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages and excess inventory. Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and meet specifications. Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and service. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, engineering, and finance teams. Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP and inventory management systems. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with operations and key suppliers to manage costs and support product line success. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles. Experience working with ERP systems and inventory planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated negotiation and vendor management capability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience in fiber optics, cabling, connectors, or technical manufacturing environments. Experience supporting global supply chains. Knowledge of cost modeling, supplier performance metrics, and supply risk analysis. Advanced Excel or data analysis skills. A collaborative, team-based culture that values your voice and ideas.
