WHO we're looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President Databricks Practice to establish, grow, and scale our solutions, implementation and Databricks practice. You will be responsible for developing the strategy, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and working with high-performing teams that deliver world-class data and AI solutions leveraging the Databricks Platform. You will serve as both a thought leader and a hands-on solutions executive, bridging business strategy with technical delivery. You will engage with C-suite clients to define transformative roadmaps, partner with Databricks as a strategic partner, and ensure our clients realize measurable business value from their data and AI investments. Role and Responsibilities: Define and execute the vision and go-to-market strategy for developing our Databricks practice. Build and scale service offerings that integrate Databricks with data, AI, and cloud transformation solutions. Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and client executives, shaping their data, analytics, and AI initiatives using Databricks. Articulate WorldLink's industry value proposition, incorporating Databricks elements, and ability to develop efficient implementation using Databricks. Strengthen and expand our alliance with Databricks, cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and complementary technology partners. Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and joint GTM with Databricks and cloud partners. Collaborate with a high-performing team of data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, and consultants. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence. Possess continued interest in expanding organizational expertise, selling solutions and upscaling products using the Databricks platform. Required Experience and Education: 3-5 years of current experience using Databricks platform. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required. Databricks certification(s). Prior experience working with Databricks in a similar role. Proven track record of Databricks implementation, including solutions selling and upscaling products. Proven success delivering solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and high performing teams. Strong project management experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and revenue. Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to solutions selling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations. Outstanding presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence executive-level leadership. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
