POSITION Scrum Master LOCATION Hybrid - Los Angeles/Culver City, CA DURATION 12 Months INTERVIEW TYPE Video VISA RESTRICTIONS None REQUIRED SKILLS Proven track record in Project Management, Agile and Scrum Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint Duties/Day to Day Overview • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of supervisors and employees. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. • Must be able to see the big picture, work in a fast pace, understand project objectives and be able to apply understanding of how processes should within project framework and initiatives. • Proven track record in Project Management, Agile and Scrum • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail. • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data. • Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint • Speed and accuracy in work and can maintain focus. • Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude. • Entertainment Studio experience is a plus.
