Now Hiring: Service Desk Associate (Part-Time) The Club at Los Gatos is looking for energetic and service-minded individuals to join our Service Desk team! At The Club, we are committed to creating a best-in-class member experience by delivering outstanding service, fostering a welcoming environment, and working together as a strong, supportive team. As a Service Desk Associate, you'll: Greet and check in members as they arrive Provide accurate and friendly information about club programs and services Ensure the front desk and facility is well-stocked and organized Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack Handle basic maintenance or inventory needs and report issues Respond to and document member incidents as needed Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests Qualifications: Reliable and punctual Excellent phone and communication skills Calm and friendly under pressure Confident, professional demeanor with strong customer service focus Details: Shift: Openings, Mids, Afternoon, Closing Pay: $16.50 $17.50/hour Job Type: Part-time Environment: Friendly, wellness-focused, fast-paced team setting Expected hours: 10 30 per week
