As we continue to experience exciting growth, we need a motivated individual to help us manage and enhance key aspects of our business, including: Key Responsibilities: Member Retention: Develop and implement strategies to keep our members engaged and motivated. Sales Management: Drive new and existing member sales to support growth and success. Scheduling: Oversee employee and member schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. Day-to-Day Operations: Handle a variety of tasks such as addressing member inquiries, managing vendor relationships, overseeing supplies, and more. Social Media Engagement: Assist with maintaining and growing our online presence. Trainer Requirement: You will need to become a fitness trainer to succeed in this role, but don't worry no prior experience is required! We will provide all the training you need to become a certified 9Round trainer. Once certified, you'll have the opportunity to train members, take on personal clients, and earn additional commissions on top of your salary.
