What We Offer Meaningful leadership impact guiding high-acuity, community-based services Mission-driven work supporting recovery, independence, and community integration Professional growth through leadership development and advancement opportunities A collaborative, values-driven culture with multidisciplinary teams Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including generous PTO, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, and more What You'll Do Provide leadership and oversight to ACCS/PACT teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care Ensure services align with DMH, MassHealth, and BHN standards and contractual requirements Supervise and support program managers, team leaders, and clinical staff Monitor program performance, outcomes, and productivity metrics Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate care Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning Promote a culture of accountability, equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support staff development, training, and retention Who You Are Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) preferred Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health services Demonstrated leadership experience in community-based or intensive treatment programs Strong knowledge of ACCS, PACT, or similar service models Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About Us Since 1938, Behavioral Health Network has provided comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health services to children, adults, and families across Western Massachusetts.
