Strategic Distribution Leader Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a Strategic Distribution Leader which is a pivotal role in driving business performance with key brokers and agents across the Glatfelter Programs landscape. They will engage with the highest impact producers to plan, develop, manage and track their portfolios. This role will be partnered with Underwriting, Claims, Operations etc., with the goal of driving profitable growth across the organization. Possible locations for this position could be Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, York, PA, Boston, MA, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Scottsdale, AZ or San Francisco, CA. Key responsibilities include managing assigned agencies and distribution partners to achieve Glatfelter's financial goals, developing clear KPIs to measure success, working with Underwriting Leaders to create and execute distribution plans, partnering with AIG counterparts, analyzing reports and data, disseminating broker data to underwriting teams, proactively identifying opportunities to promote Glatfelter's programs, promoting the use of Glatfelter Brokerage Services, planning and hosting engagement activities. What we're looking for includes a Bachelors Degree, MBA or equivalent preferred, minimum of 7 years in the Financial Services Industry, relationship management skills, strategic thinker, data driven, excellent communication, collaborative and influential project management approach, business acumen, work performed in an office environment, visual ability, willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the working time.
