Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings Greet customers professionally, conduct walk-throughs, and establish a positive first impression Communicate clearly and professionally in English Drivers: Safely operate a 26' box truck and lead the moving team Assist with vehicle inspections and maintain moving equipment Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong customer service and communication skills Physical strength and stamina to lift 100 lbs.+ repeatedly Professional, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Driver positions only) Previous experience in moving, labor, trucking, or warehouse work is helpful, but not required This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Gurnee, Illinois.
