Project Manager

Project Manager Hybrid - 2x/week On-site Location: Moncks Corner, SC We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations and upgrades across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Safety, and Environmental Management systems. This role will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient technology solutions supporting regulatory and operational objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing cross-functional projects in regulated environments and has successfully implemented or upgraded EHS, GRC, or environmental management platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for GRC, Safety, and Environmental Management software platforms Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and software providers throughout project lifecycle Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Compliance, Risk, Environmental, Safety, IT, and Operations teams Oversee system configuration, integration, data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities Ensure regulatory and audit requirements are incorporated into system design Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; provide executive-level reporting Manage change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption strategies Identify process improvement opportunities during system implementation Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management Experience implementing or upgrading: GRC platforms (Governance, Risk & Compliance), EHS / HSE systems, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or similar Proven vendor management experience, including RFP participation and third-party coordination Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or on-premise software implementations Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, etc.) Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
