We operate dedicated delivery routes out of the Pittsburgh North terminal and have built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. Our mission is to deliver packages safely and on time while providing excellent service to the communities we serve. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $160$210/day based on route and performance Benefits: UPMC Medical, Dental, and Vision Retirement: Matching 3% IRA with Schwab Flexible schedules: full-time (5 days/week, includes 1 weekend), part-time (24 days/week), or weekend-only Typical shift: 8 AM5 PM (varies by route) Vacation benefits: earn up to 3 weeks of paid vacation with tenure Referral bonuses for bringing new drivers to our team Uniforms provided Dedicated routes outside of the City of Pittsburgh Opportunities for advancement and career growth Responsibilities Safely operate a company-owned delivery vehicle Deliver packages to homes and businesses on schedule Load, unload, and scan packages using company-provided devices Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Lift and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment assistance Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs, major violations, or recent accidents) Able to pass background check, drug screen, and road test Strong customer service and time management skills Physically able to work in varying weather conditions and handle job demands Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends Preferred Experience Prior experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery services Rideshare, food delivery, or other professional driving experience will also be considered Why Work With Sigma Continental Competitive compensation Excellent benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Matching Retirement) Work in safe, suburban areas outside of the city Join a team where safety and reliability always come first Contribute to a company that values its drivers and invests in their success Apply today and become part of a company that treats its drivers as professionals and partners in our shared success.
