Role Responsibilities Deliver complete and continuous care to individuals and families throughout all life stages, from children to seniors. Address chronic conditions, administer preventative care, manage acute illnesses, and attend to mental health issues, all with a focus on the patient experience. Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment strategies. Engage with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other experts to facilitate comprehensive care. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information. Provide care options both in-person and through telehealth services to support patient preferences and accessibility. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active Texas medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities, with a focus on preventative and proactive approaches. Familiarity with value-based care concepts and enthusiasm for ongoing improvement. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
