Logistic Operation Specialist

Logistics Operations Specialist ZKTeco WFM delivers workforce data collection solutions including enterprise time clocks, middleware platforms, and system integrations. Our operations team plays a critical role in delivering quality products to customers across the US and globally. We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to own daily logistics, inventory coordination, provisioning, shipping, and cost control activities. What You'll Do: Monitor inventory and reorder points Create and manage Purchase Orders Receive and inspect inbound shipments Review approved Sales Orders for shipping accuracy Assemble, configure, and test devices Install firmware and software on hardware Execute domestic and international shipments Prepare customs documentation and commercial invoices Ensure duties/tariffs are properly invoiced Prevent incorrect carrier billing Track shipments and resolve issues Manage spare parts and warranty replacements Support shipping contract reviews and renewals Maintain warehouse organization and supplies Identify cost-saving opportunities What We're Looking For: 3+ years experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) Comfortable using ERP/inventory systems (Zoho preferred) Experience with international shipping a plus Hands-on experience with device setup or light assembly preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Why Join Us: Growing technology company with global reach Ownership of key logistics processes Opportunity to optimize and improve operations Clear path to leadership roles Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
