Candidates with at least one year of experience in emergency nursing or critical care are strongly preferred. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are highly recommended. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
