Meticulously document all procedures, train new staff or students, and help maintain lab quality assurance standards. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment. Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your career.
