Job Description Develop and qualify molding processes, molds, and machines. Create process windows and approve changes. Troubleshoot complex molding issues beyond technician level. Collaborate with production control on mold/machine assignments. Approve cavity adjustments, mold protection changes, and "Run on Hold" rejects. Develop training materials and process documentation.
