Warehouse Associate This position assists with all facets of the receiving, distributing, and delivering of supplies out of the main warehouse location. Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-Exempt Pay: Competitive, Hourly Benefits: Company Sponsored Retirement Plan Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) Employee Assistance Program Life, long-term/short-term disability insurance Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Operate within a safety culture in all warehouse functions. Participate and contribute to Warehouse Operations team. Assist in maintaining an organized and standard setup of all warehouse inventory and equipment. Delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies to multiple locations in the Carolina market. Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a group, cooperate with others, and offer to help when needed. Loads delivery vehicles and assists employees that are picking up supplies. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years-of-age or older. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Education & Experience: At least six (6) months experience in a warehouse environment. Experience driving a forklift, pallet jack. Knowledge of heavy equipment. Pre-Screen: Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check. License & Certifications: Valid driver's license required. Commercial Driver License (CDL) preferred. Physical Requirements: RARE (less than 10%): crawling, sitting, climbing, climbing poles. OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): stooping, body twisting, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, climbing ladders, balancing. FREQUENT (up to 66%): sense of touch, manual dexterity, speaking clearly, hearing-speech range, walking, seeing distant, climbing on/off truck, gripping, lifting over 10-50 lbs., reaching, range of motion, depth perception, color vision, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 10 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs.
