What You'll Do (Responsibilities): In this role, you'll lead the sourcing and securing of high-performing restaurant and retail sites across the expanding portfolio. You'll conduct market research, perform demographic and competitive analyses, and assess site feasibility to guide decision-making. Working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations, you'll negotiate lease terms that support both growth and profitability. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers will ensure a robust site pipeline that keeps expansion goals on track. What You'll Bring (Requirements): Active Texas commercial real estate license (required) Professional certifications, such as CCIM or SIOR (a plus) 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in restaurant, retail, or franchise development Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience closing high-volume transactions Familiarity with strip malls, retail centers, and QSR real estate Proven ability to manage a multi-location real estate portfolio Proficiency in lease administration tools and financial modeling software Strong understanding of zoning laws, permitting processes, and site feasibility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally and with external partners Ready to get started?
